Grounded in lived neurodivergent experience

Elisa (Lee) Judson is a seasoned healthcare executive and neurodivergent career coach with over 35 years of experience leading teams and driving excellence across some of the country’s most respected organizations — including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, PwC, Partners HealthCare, and Johnson & Johnson.

Lee’s lived experience as a neurodivergent individual — and as a parent in a neurodivergent family — deepens her empathy and fuels her commitment to helping others navigate the modern workplace. She understands the unique challenges and extraordinary strengths that come with thinking differently, and she brings that insight to every coaching relationship and organizational partnership.

Recognizing the gap between traditional education and the real-world skills needed for career success, Lee founded Bridge 2 Work Coaching to equip college students, recent graduates, and professionals in transition with the tools they need to thrive. Her book, Bridging the Gap, is the practical framework behind every program she delivers.

Why This Work

“I spent 35 years watching talented neurodivergent professionals struggle not because of their abilities, but because no one gave them the tools to navigate the unwritten rules of the workplace. That gap is what Bridge 2 Work Coaching is here to close.”

Why Work With Lee

The Perspective Only Experience Can Give

Most neurodiversity coaches come from clinical or advocacy backgrounds. Lee comes from the boardroom — and from lived experience. That combination is rare, and it makes all the difference.

Corporate Credibility

With 35 years leading teams at organizations like PwC, Johnson & Johnson, and Beth Israel Deaconess, Lee speaks the language of employers — and understands what they actually need from their teams.

Lived Experience

Lee is neurodivergent herself and a parent in a neurodivergent family. She doesn't just understand these challenges intellectually — she has navigated them personally, and that authenticity resonates with everyone she works with.

A Published Framework

Every program Lee delivers is grounded in the methodology she developed in Bridging the Gap — a field-tested, practical guide praised by employers, career directors, and clinical professionals alike.
